Event Photography

Stage One – Work with the event planner.

Set up a time to talk with you to get a picture of exactly what the event will look like so that we can:

  • Establish how many attendees will be there.
  • Who are the key people who need to be photographed.
  • What the itinerary and format of the event is likely to be.
  • What the location is likely to look like. 
  • Set clear expectations with you about what you hope to achieve from the shoot.

Stage Two – The shoot.

My approach to event photography is natural and creative shooting from different angles without being intrusive. I try to be invisible throughout the shoot allowing your event to unfold naturally. I will make every effort to capture the important moments and details so that they can be enjoyed long after the event.

Stage Three – Post Production

All images at this stage will be edited to the highest standard to showcase the ambiance and styling of the event.

I would expect to deliver in the region of 100 edited shots from a full day of shooting, dependent on the itinerary and activities.

Normally I provide “Watermarked Proofs” in your own client gallery on my website this ensures that any final tweeks or changes can be made before the final edits are delivered to you via WeTransfer.

Stage Four – Delivery

Typically I turn around edits from an event in under 48 hrs, though I can also deliver “live images” on the day for social media posts.

My terms give license to reproduce images supplied for personal and commercial use.

PRICES from – £500

The price quoted assumes the shoot will be over a four hour period.  After that there is an additional charge of £100 per hour.
