Event Photography in Yorkshire: Wetherby Beer Festival 2025

A few weeks ago, I photographed a series of images for a business owner to use on his brand-new website. We hit it off straight away — a great shoot, plenty of laughs, and some great images.

Fast forward to last weekend and that same client got back in touch. He was helping to organise the Wetherby Beer Festival and asked if I’d be up for photographing their Corporate Sponsor Day. Naturally, I said yes.

The event didn’t disappoint. Glorious weather, a lively crowd, and a fantastic turnout of sponsors, suppliers, volunteers and festival-goers. My brief was simple: capture the people, the atmosphere and the spirit of the day. So that’s exactly what I did.

What I love about events like this is the sense of community. Everyone’s there to enjoy themselves, but also to make a difference — and this one raised a brilliant amount for local charities.

It’s always satisfying when a client comes back to you, but even more so when it leads to something this enjoyable. Big thanks to everyone involved for making me feel so welcome — and hats off to the organisers for pulling off such a successful day.
